The mobile homes Lux Sea View, are equipped with all comforts (air conditioning included) and enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the little Ogliastra island.
They are located a few meters from the beach in the shade of our lush pine forest.


The main facilities are:
  • Living room with kitchenette: kitchen block with refrigerator and stainless steel sink, convertible sofa, table, TV, microwave oven;
  • Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe;
  • Bedroom with single beds: two single beds on the ground (and some with raised bed), wardrobe;
  • Bathroom: toilet, sink and shower;
  • Outdoor wooden gazebo resting on large brick ground, with table and chairs.
  • Air conditioning

The prices of Mobile Homes: 
  • Include: consumption (electricity, gas, water), bed linen (only for stays of more than 7 days), external car and motorbike parking, final cleaning*
  • They do not include:  electricity consumption of air conditioner, car and motorbike internal parking or close to the property, extra people and pets (who pay the camping fee), tourist tax.
*Final cleaning is included if the accommodations are left medium-clean in the opinion of the Management. Otherwise, and in the presence of pets, final cleaning is mandatory and charged (see the price list).
