The following steps are required to complete the booking:

Payment of the deposit to confirm the reservation, of amount that will be shown to me. The deposit is not refundable.
Payment of the balance due for the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival.

The pitch definition indicates an area for positioning a structure, it is not possible to place two structures (tents, caravans, gazebos) on the same pitch and their positioning will involve the payment of another pitch.

The following information is also made known:

The images of the accommodations are only examples of positions and types;
The actual availability of the accommodation will be communicated only after the availability request procedure;
The prices of the accommodation do not take into account any extra services (selectable at the time of the estimate) and the municipal tourist tax (variable depending on the period, for information request at the time of the estimate);
The management, for managerial reasons, reserves the right to make a free UPGRADE (change of structure with more expensive type) of the booked structure.

The mobile homes Lux Sea View, are equipped with all comforts (air conditioning included) and enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the little Ogliastra island.
They are located a few meters from the beach in the shade of our lush pine forest.

The main amenities include:

Living room with kitchenette: kitchen block with fridge and freezer compartment (180 liters) and stainless steel sink, sofa convertible into a fifth bed, table, LED TV, microwave oven.
Double bedroom with walk-around bed and wardrobe, bedside lamp.
Twin bedroom: two single beds on the ground, wardrobe, and bedside lamp.
Bathroom: toilet, sink, and shower, window.
Outdoor gazebo on a large paved area with resin table and chairs.
Air conditioning.

The prices of Mobile Homes:

Include: consumption (electricity, gas, water), bed linen (only for stays of more than 7 days), external car and motorbike parking, final cleaning*
They do not include: electricity consumption of air conditioner**, car and motorbike internal parking or close to the property, extra people and pets, tourist tax.

*Final cleaning is included if the accommodations are left medium-clean in the opinion of the Management. Otherwise, and in the presence of pets, final cleaning is mandatory and charged (see the price list).
**The air conditioner's consumption will be determined through the reading of the electricity meter, as the difference between the total consumption of the mobile home during the entire stay and 3.0 kWh per day (which represents the average consumption of our mobile homes).
