The new Brunelleschi holiday homes are located in a strategic position within the village: central to services, such as swimming pool, Berba restaurant-pizzeria and playground, they are only about fifty meters from the beach. The proximity to the natural dunes makes the village of twelve accommodations extremely quiet and family-friendly.


The Brunelleschi holiday homes (8.60 x 4 m) consist of a large hall with kitchen; the living area is very bright thanks to the main window and is equipped with a corner sofa which, if necessary, can become a sofa bed. They are equipped with a double bedroom with bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a raised bed, also with bathroom. Both services consist of shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The Brunelleschi holiday homes are completed with an outdoor area that allows you to enjoy your holiday as much as possible in contact with nature. The Brunelleschi are divided into two types, a part with a fenced garden and a part with a fenced veranda, to allow families with children and animals to experience a perfect holiday in total safety.
