GENERAL CONDITIONS
Villetta - Bungalow consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with hot shower, living area, with kitchenette and fridge, in which there is a dinette to be used as an extra bed.
Equipped with parking space in its own garden, air conditioning and TV. The bungalow is brand new, very nice and well furnished with modern and functional furniture, it is equipped with air conditioning included in the price and bathroom with hydromassage hot shower, it is available from 4 pm , 00 on the Saturday of arrival at 10.00 on the Saturday of departure and is equipped with blankets and pillows, a weekly change of bed linen included in the price, all the dishes necessary for eating and cooking, refrigerator, stove and filter hood, sink with hot water, TV, table, chairs, kitchen containers,
wardrobes and shelves for storing clothing and personal items, an outdoor veranda equipped with table, armchairs and drying rack and heating in winter.
PETS ARE ALLOWED FROM JANUARY 1 TO JUNE 15 AND FROM AUGUST 25 TO DECEMBER 31. PETS ARE NOT ADMITTED FROM 16 JUNE TO 24 AUGUST. From June 1st to September 15th, the umbrella and two deckchairs for FREE in our sandy beach, which can be reached with an internal path of the campsite of about 800 meters, mainly under our centuries-old pine forest. The amount does not include the tourist tax of € 0.50 per day for each adult over 14 years, which will be calculated and paid on departure. At the time of entry, the ordinary cost of the stay must be paid together with the payment of a security deposit (interest-free) of € 100.00 (one hundred / 00) which will be returned on departure in the absence of damage.
