It is set to south-west; it is suitable for up to 5 people or for a couple of friends. The wide sheltered patio, that overlooks the living room, can turn the living area to a unique room of 40 square metres. It is accessible to the disabled because it has no architectural barriers. A preference for this flat can be expressed only if at least 4 people, with priority given ( also to couples) to those with a disabled among them. The apartment included one bike garage, car parking and solarium.

Set to south east, on the side of the “Ponale” it is identical to it. It is extremely enlighted and exposed all day to the rays of the sunshine. It fits to families up to 5 people or groups of 4 adults.

On the interior it is structured as the “Libeccio” and it can accommodate families up to 5 people or 4 adults. As it has 5 beds, we accept also groups of friends. Because of the fact that it has only a bedroom, it is not ideal for stays longer than 1 week. Unlike the “Libeccio” and the “Scirocco” it lacks in a sheltered patio on the exterior, but it has a smaller-sized terrace, with a patch of the lake. It is not suitable for disabled due to the position on the first floor and to the lack of a lift.

A quiet and enlighted flat, completely set to east , with a protected court on the exterior. Particular care has been taken to the furniture and this unit is dedicated exclusively to couples or young families with a baby.
